The award ceremony of the "Media for the Society" was held on 10th of December. In 2009, based on the jury's decision Gabriella Valaczkay (Népszabadság) won the first prize of HUF 200.000. The second prize of HUF 150.000 went to Zsuzsa Katona (MTV) while Gergely Brückner (Figyelõ) got the third prize of HUF 100.000. Ferenc Tornyi (MR6) and András Kõszegi (www.socialbranding.hu) got a minor prize as well.
