The aim of the conference
is to bring to the public’s attention that sexual orientation is a part of
corporate diversity; a diverse and inclusive organisation must be open to
this dimension of diversity also. A second aim of the conference is to show
how an inclusive working environment can positively affect the employees’
efficiency.
On the
conference we will present LGBT Diversity as Competitive Advantage to provide
a forum for exploring the importance of corporate diversity management.
Who shall participate?
Chief Executive Officers; HR, marketing and PR professionals; representatives
of governmental and non-governmental organizations, who feels the topic is
important.
