Expectations on both employee and employer sides
What can we do for success
* During the discussion breakfast will be served for the guests
The purpose of the program: by the end of the discussion to make a proposal which addresses the following questions through 10 points
* what employers can do in managing diversity to create an inclusive workplace for women on maternity leave
* what employees can do to stay in contact with their work place, and remain a valuable actor in the labour market with up to date knowledge.
Invited:
HR experts
with
local and international experience, leaders, representatives of civil
society, involved employees and journalists.
The proposal will be
available to the wider public after the round table
discussion.
The
language of the event is Hungarian without any
translation!
There is
no participation fee, but registration in advance is essential!
