The main aim of our event is to create a direct dialogue between the leaders of the Roma community and the main representatives of the business sector referring to the opportunities of creating jobs, to the bilateral expectations against each other, to the system of conditions of real equality of opportunities and further practical tasks.

The workshop – with the active participation of both parties- make it also possible to get to know such practical solutions that – being indirect - have been unknown for the participants  till now.
