The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and its member companies are committed to the development of a diverse and inclusive business environment, which is fundamental to the success of the company and society. To support this objective, we have initiated the “HBLF for Diversity” Program.

The first building block of the Program is the Codex of Corporate Diversity and Inclusiveness, which states our core values. Leaders of HBLF member companies, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the CSR workgroup of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour have contributed to the Codex. The Code has been supported by our member companies at the jubilee general meeting as part of the Target Groups Annual Report, through which the member companies have agreed with the principles outlined in the Code.

If your company would like to commit itself to the Codex, please return a signed copy of the Codex to HBLF. The list of the companies signing our initiative will be published on the HBLF website.

In 2008 we are going to work on the sustainability of the “HBLF for Diversity” program and the development of its further elements. We look forward to receive your feedback and count on your cooperation in taking the programme forward and implementing it.
