ROMASTER Camp

The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum's Equal Opportunities Target Group held its 1st  ROMASTER Camp in Csillebérc between 17-20, July.

Wheelchair Basketball Championship

kerekes_2008_2The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) held its 6th Wheelchair Basketball Competition in the Törekvés Sports Hall on the 29th of March, 2008. This year ten teams participated. Thanks to the cooperation of these firms we were able to donate more than HUF 1 million to wheelchair basketball. The Championship was won by Provident Pénzügyi Zrt. MagiCom Kft. became the second and Magyar Telekom has won the third place. The HBLF thanks all the participants and supporters for their contributions.

Summary of the HBLF "CR Profile"

As an initiative of Human Resource and Communication Target Group of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum in year 2006. sixteen companies participated in a CR research. The survey helps us to find out more about the current status of their CR practices and to set the minimum standards. One executive of the Corvinus University Budapest was instrumental in the summary of the research at the end of 2007.

Join the ROMASTER Program now! - call for companies

HBLF’s Equal Opportunity Target Group has launched in 2007 the Romaster Program – an education and talent support program for socially disadvantaged roma students. The program aims to help the roma integration through the support of their long term education.

Macenas Club

With the founding support of Magyar Posta Zrt, the daily paper Népszava is the first to start a monthly section on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the country. The section named ‘MACENAS CLUB’ attempts to provide the public with extensive coverage of the most relevant achievements of CSR policies of companies doing business in Hungary.
