The
ROMASTER education and talent support program for socially disadvantaged roma
students has been running with the support of 20 companies. Already 50 students
are supported in the program. In August the HBLF-ROMASTER Foundation and the sponsors of the ROMASTER
Program organized their traditional summer camp for the students.
This year 15 students joined to the ROMASTER camp, they took part in
professional and cultural programs. They visited the Regional
Environmental Center, the National Bank of Hungary and Vodafone Hungary.
The Momentán Theatre held ’team-building’ for the students in
Csillebérc. Ibolya Görög organized a Protocol and Behavioural Training
for them, and they participated also in a Career Development Program
with the Junior Achievement Hungary.
During the cultural programs the students visited the ‘Sambosi-Törley’
Jazz festival, the exhibition of Chinese Terracotta Warriors, the
Budapest Zoo, they took part in a Budapest sightseeing boat trip and
visited also the Margaret Island Open-air Stage.
