This is forum, where members develop solutions and learn from each other how Human Resources can move forward the Corporate Responsibility Agenda.
Purpose
The HBLF target group exists to
• Promote good Human Resources Practices.
• Develop programmes to increase the standard of Human Resources Practices.
• Share ideas, learnings, and best practices.
How
We do things, which make an impact.
Each member will take ownership for certain initiatives.
Membership
The HR target group is open for all HBLF member companies and their representatives.

Scope & Boundaries
The primary focus of the network will be issues, activities, and action planning in the area of Human Resources and its linkage with Corporate Responsibility. The agenda is agreed annually by the HBLF target group members.
