OTP Fund Management Ltd. is the leading asset manager in Hungary. Assets under management at the end of December 2005 came to approximately Euro 4.4 billion, representing about 25% of total domestic managed assets of investment funds, pension funds and mandatory portfolios. Our market share, regarding retail funds is about 40% on the domestic market, and about 20% of the pension fund market. Today, we are the largest domestic institutional investor in the Hungarian government securities market and one of the largest investors on the Budapest Stock Exchange. OTP Fund Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of OTP Financial Group, a leading Central and Eastern European banking group with operations in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Croatia. In 2004 OTP Fund Management initiated feasibility work for a Central and Eastern European Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) Fund.
